I can't say enough good things about Dr. Duffy. He cares about his patients, he answers questions and talks through problems thoroughly - so you really understand. And his team is so warm and friendly. They are simply the best!

Pringle Creek Family Dental offers truly excellent customer service. They take the time to explain to me what's going on with my dental health and give me examples of how I can improve my habits. I have been terrified of the Dentist ever since I was young and had a poor experience. It affected me so much that I actually never went back to the dentist for 10+ years (horrible i know!) When I got older I realized how silly I was and that waiting would only make things worse so I started researching dentists in the area and came upon Pringle Creek Family Dental. I explained my situation to them and they were immediately comforting and never once made me feel guilty for not going to the dentist for so long (something I had experienced before and was afraid of.) They had fast communication through email and scheduled my examination appointment quickly around my schedule. At my first appointment they provided a very warm and comforting approach. All of the staff were friendly and explained all of the procedures before they occurred. Dr. Duffy was very informative and sat with me for an hour examining my teeth, showing me close up pictures, and explaining everything he saw in the x-rays and in the pictures. He was not pushy in any of the things that he suggested and even gave me a list of factual pros/cons for some procedures so that I could weigh things out on my own. When I went in for another appointment to get a cavity filled Dr. Duffy let me tell him the things I was worried about during the filling and he listened and explained why/when some must be done but that some probably won't have to happen. He was comforting through the process and has a sense of humor to ease the nervousness I felt and continued reminding me that he could stop at anytime if I was feeling to uncomfortable. The cavity filling came out nice and smooth and I no longer feel pain in that area of my mouth! After all of the experience that I have had here I am no longer afraid to come and visit!nnTLDR: Everyone in this office is amazing, Dr. Duffy does great work, and they provide a very comfortable environment for patients that are scared of the dentist.

Extremely friendly staff -- Dr Duffy is fantastic and the hygienist is the absolute BEST. Highly recommend them. I drive over an hour to get there cause they are that good! :)nTeresa B.

I found this dentist office after leaving my last one due to insurance issues. I wish I would have come earlier! The hygienist is friendly and works efficiently, and they use the ultrasonic cleaner too if you have tough plaque areas. I think the dentist is great too, because he explains the process and does not rush into treatments you may not need. I had to wait once when they had an emergency and they were very apologetic and kind about my time. Would definitely recommend!
