The first indication that we had that this was a good place was that we got an appointment the very next day to have a tooth surgically extracted. When we made the appointment, we were told exactly what all of the costs were expected to be up front. When we got to the appointment, again, they were very straightforward about the treatment options and cost. The extraction was done with a local anesthetic, but we did have the choice of general if it was desired. I think what is best about this place is that they don't overbook. We were there for about two hours, and we were never alone, always had a lot of personal attention and no one was rushing. Their hygiene protocol is the best we've ever seen. I could go on. Dental services are always expensive, and you get what you pay for. These people do outstanding work and they stand behind it.
I was absolutely terrified to get my wisdom teeth out and every step of the way the entire staff did their best to truthfully explain how the procedure would happen and what it would be like to reassure me and help me feel more comfortable. I would absolutely recommend these guys for wisdom teeth removal especially if you fear the procedure at all they really know what they’re doing and they and all their staff genuinely want to help make you comfortable.
My 6 year old had an adult front tooth coming in really high in her gums and almost horizontal. After multiple opinions we found out that she needed surgery to remove a fused dead baby tooth and an extra one too. Dr Howerton and his team came highly recommended to us by multiple dentists. After our consultations, I discovered quickly that what seemed scary and complicated to us was standard and easy for Dr. H to remedy. He and his term made the entire process so smooth and as easy as a surgery could possibly be. He even called that evening to check to see how my daughter was doing. This office was GREAT! Staff was friendly and even though I was extremely nervous they helped me stay calm during entire process. The dentist was also awesome. Will definitely choose them again (hopefully I don’t have to)
Dr Kennedy and his assistants are phenomenal! Front desk was professional and Wendy was amazing at making me feel comfortable. This top surgeon is excellent and has great bedside manner. I would reccommend him and his staff to everyone as a first choice. Thank you for the care and service provided!
