I just started working here in October. From what I have seen, we have a wonderful staff and great management. The housekeeping department is great! The building is always very clean. The lead cook, Costella, is wonderful! She takes great pride in serving healthy meals that look and taste fantastic!

I have worked here since January 2020, the management team have had a few changes but overall the team is great and becoming stronger together. The line staff are very polite and really work together. No place is perfect but the staff as a whole are wonderful.

I have been observing the staff here for the last few months and they have been nothing but amazing to not only to me but the patients as well. They all look out for each other sort of like a family bond and they are never slow to help each other and the patients. Job well done

Apparently they have Covid inside the building, one of the workers was sent home and 2 of the people inside have it. This is as of Aug 18 2020 per a recorded message that I was sent.nnAlmost a week since they picked up my mother for physical therapy from the hospital. I almost would call it kidnapping since I still haven't officially heard from anybody at the institution and nobody at the 800 number listed below has bothered to contact me.nnI'm taking notes for legal action if need be.nnThey have still made no headway on allowing for visitors. Five months after Covid and they still keep the place locked down like it’s a prison. Your loved one will be taken away and locked inside this establishment. They don’t offer any information when a new resident arrives or reach out to family members when a person is placed inside - it’s like going to jail.nnBe aware that they don’t have enough cooks and That residents are often overlooked when dinner time comes. My mother was offered pizza more than once because the cook didn’t show up or dinner was forgotten altogether.nnPT is pretty good, and the facilities are new. But the place is empty- no one at reception consistently. No procedures in place for communication within facility or for family outside.

Horrible company. Reputation that you are treated horribly. Nurse friends warned me. Should have listened. A few great people, a lot of bad nurses.
