SUPER RUDE & hangs up on you because “they can’t read your mind.” I’m not sure who hires these people, but they definitely do not need to have a job where they interact with the public. You surely can’t have that bad of an attitude & work in the representative field. Think they need to do some firing and new hiring.

Dont try to call the number for the main administration. You wont get through to anyone. The automated answering hangs up on you before you can get connected to speak with someone. This happened to me 3 times in a half hour.

I went to the office today and had numerous questions about forms. Lillie sat with us and answered our questions. She was kind, understanding and very helpful. On another occasion I had questions and a woman came out to assist. She interacted with me in respectful and helpful ways. Thank you for your service in a difficult job!

They have horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. If I didn’t have to speak to them again, I would not... but I have to.
