The service was fast a very courteous very thoughtful to let us know about the long wait do the covid pandemic was sure to let us know all that was included with the extra service that we paid for help me pick the size perfect for my finger and noted that for future references

For 7 months I have been waiting for a ring because it needed to be made in my size. Well it was supposed to take a month, then it became two, then indefinite. We get it Covid-19 slowed everything down. Well the stores reopened so we decided to call and ask and they told us, today, 7 months later that they can't order the ring because the size is too small. If we would have known this in the beginning we would have got a different ring. Now we are gonna have to return it and start all over at a different store, because we're never shopping at Kay's again after this.

This place is ridiculous you can never get a hold of them by phone so drive all they way here to find out you have to make an appointment to have your jewelry clean the day of your appointment you show up they are not even open an not even a call to tell you not to come I would give it 0 if I could

Marion, In is my home store and I love it! Brooke is my consultant and she is the best, she has a beautiful spirit!! I can tell she is a good person all the way around. She made my experience absolutely beautiful and I will forever love her for that! All the ladies in the store are really nice and always willing to help!
