This is the worst laundromat I’ve ever been to! It’s more expensive. They have no top loading washers. But to top everything off!! I had to throw away 7 blankets and a bunch of clothes because the dryers burnt them up! They were almost black! And they were crunchy and gross! I was so upset! I went to the worker there and she just smiled and told me well yeah our dryers get hot. Why would you dry blankets here? If you’re drying fleece you need to take it home and hang it dry! She was so rude and just did not care that I just lost probably 200 dollars worth of my stuff!nI will never ever ever go back to this place!!!
Machines are always up and running and seem very well maintained. The facility is always so clean and I never mind sitting and waiting for my laundry here. There's always something on the TV, and there are plenty of places to sit. The only complaint I have is that every single time I've had to come here to wash my blankets and heavy duty items I can't wash at home, the attendant takes smoke breaks and always goes through the employee only door. I'm sure that she is smoking outdoors, but it stinks the entire place up. I do not want to smell nasty cigarette smoke when I am cleaning my laundry.
Always clean and seems to be popular. Always people doing laundry. I've had no problems with clothes getting done so I come back when necessary.

It’s the only place to do laundry in Rochester. It’s always clean. Different places to sit, lots of tables to fold your laundry on. Lots of washers and dryers.
