We have a major busy schedule, and as we all know so does Jerry Arnold, but somehow when my Fiancé was searching for my perfect engagement ring that he surprised me with, Jerry made the time and effort to drive almost 2 hours to bring him the ring.nThat’s not it, after he purposed, the ring was still a little to big for my fingers so Jerry came back and retrieved it from me at my home to take it and size it. I went in a week before Christmas and tried to place an order with Angie. Gave all the details regarding my order and requested someone call me back after Christmas to set up payment arrangements because I no longer live in that area. I called almost 2 weeks ago because no-one had called me back and was told someone should call me. Here it is January 20th and still no call back. Maybe you should get reliable staff that actually want to help the customers instead of blowing them off.
