It's their job to investigate. If any other Avenue tell school to intervene. There's no instructions on dealing with each individual child. They are human too & their feelings matter. Taking video games from children can flip a switch. It's a different time. Be kind. You never know what someone is dealing with.

Worst service ever. Didnt care.

I went in there with paperwork from my doctor that my insurance needed and I walked in and the older lady at the first desk acted like no one came in and when she finally looked at me she looked me up and down and so I told her why I was there and nothing.. No response she just took my paperwork and did what they do and then I asked her if that was all I needed. Twice. She finally replied I don't know...well ok then. I turned to leave and said thank you and all I got was a YEP... Very nice you judgemental old bag.
