Nice place for travel needs

I have used Menno Travel twice now, out of my 10 vacation destinations. The first was back in 2015. We had our trip planned already, to fly from Maui to Oahu, for a day excursion at Pearl Harbor. I thought it would be easier to have them assist with the excursion. They booked us on an excursion that was land and destination (Pearl Harbor tour), which left from hotels. We missed Entire excursion, since we missed the hotel pick up and the tour company was so confused! They kept pushing us back on time of tour after we waited 3 hours. We left!!! Neither company ever reimbursed us!nnSitting here 4 years later, booked in a resort, that we did not have a separate bedroom or divider in room, like we were told. I even questioned it three times prior to us leaving on vacation. I know explanation was due to us wanting to use a hot tub; so we had to move from one building to another. But there is a hot tub for every section of resort; we didn’t need to move.nnJust saying y’all, Orbitz and Expedia do a better job and it’s cheaper. You know what you’re booking and they send you all the paperwork, just as organized, or more so than Menno.

Kami heckaman is wonderful. She has great suggestions to match our plans. Very knowledgeable.
