One of the best experiences I've had at a BMV in the area. In and out in ten minutes (wife and I both got our address changed on our licenses). Both of our attendants were a bit curt, but quick and efficient.

Had to make two trips. I called ahead to find out what I needed but once I got there as per the norm- there ended up being more to it. Anyways, the first visit the lady was super sweet. Answered any and all questions and extremely thorough and helpful. When we returned to finish up our transaction and we had another teller however- rude would be putting it mildly. First (and I GET IT that there are policies and precautions) I was there with my daughter who has severe social anxiety so I needed to be there to help her (sorry about your one person rule) Our teller was rude amd uncaring even after the fact of me telling her about my daughter needing help due to these issues. Further- there was a special needs customer at another desk during our transaction. The entire time our teller was helping us- she was staring at this young girl. Sad. Unprofessional and highly upsetting. If I had her name, I'd add it here to warn anyone with a disability to avoid her.

Quick and fast! She was pleasant and answered questions qhile helping me.

The service was fast and friendly. They went above and beyond to be helpful.

Surprisingly efficient! Took my son to take his Learner's Permit test. There is someone at the door directing people inside(alone).
