Chad Fraley made the very unpleasant experience of having a check book stolen into a customer experience masterclass.
Came on my lunch break, waited 15 minutes, no service, really needed to deposit my check, couldn’t wait any longer as I had to get back to work. I understand places get busy but they should have had more than one person working the front.
Take your money somewhere else. I have never been more disappointed with customer service.
Every body is really nice and pretty quick
In the past year this branch has gone downhill. I'll drive way out of my normal commute to hit ANY of the other Columbia banks.
