Elkhart County 911 Center

I called in March 31st at 914pm on the non-emergency number to report a raccoon running in traffic with a can stuck on its head. The female who answered the phone was rude from the time she answered the phone until I said goodbye. She didnt listen to the information I was giving her, she interrupted me instead of listening to what I was saying (giving her all the information she needed within 20 seconds) and she was unprofessional. If this was an issue they couldnt handle, she simply had to say that-politely. I'm afraid to see how this person would treat a real emergency, God forbid I ever have one in their area. For this being a communications center, she certainly needs to work on her skills.
