This is the worst place when it comes to customer service. Jewelry is never done on time, they don’t communicate and they change their hours by writing new hours on a piece of paper & taping it to the door, classy Kays. I will never do business here again & Ive bought a lot of jewelry from Kay’s.nnThe ladies that work there do not now what going above and beyond means. They are very impersonal and don’t know how to conduct business.

Not in mall anymore. Would be nice if Google maps would have changed locations. Wasted time and gas because they aren't there anymore.

Concord mall Kay Jewelers has moved to their new location in front of Wal-Mart in the Market Centre Plaza in Dunlap it is absolutely beautiful!

They should update store hours. I arrived at 830 PM and they are closed. Store hours shown are 900 PM

Sign on door said they were open until 6 pm during quarantine. Showed up at 5:15, gates were halfway down and cashier was cashing out. Called into the location of the store twice with no answers.
