Concentra Urgent Care

Everything was fine except for the phlebtomist was obviously in training. She certainly needs more practice on drawing blood. She only got 1/2 - 1/3 of a tube after several minutes of digging around for the large obvious vein. I had a bruise from it that was 3X1/2 inch. I have NEVER bruised from a blood draw or had it take so long. She is obviously not experienced enough for the clinic setting. Needs more time and practice in class.

Nursing Staff seemed very new, lots of confusion..wasn't very professional.Made me get into gown and then walk out into hallway to sign urine containers..also i am 6'0. They measured me at 5'9..i am 219 lbs( i weighed myself 2xs on 2 diff scales) they weighed me at 239... .Dr practitioner was nice, he did a good job, was friendly and professional.

Waited for ever to get back in. Went back to room. Table was dirty and MA just tore paper off, didn't sanitize it. She just said I thought this room was clean. The NP came in, wanted me to get on table. I explained what happened,he cleaned it. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one. Pandemic,and not cleaning tables ,makes me wonder if equipment is cleaned.

I have been to this location multiple times and the staff have been pleasant, funny and knowledgeable. They do an excellent job!
