This person used and had a lot of excuses of not why attending my needs .Failed to let me know after contacting him over 2 months that my taxes were not going to be completed on time for me to pick up . More so could not remember who I was many calls - but used the fact my wife past away as a rub for sympathetic understanding . which was one of the reasons I wanted to make sure they were done correctly all was well until WITH ISSUES ..then he seemed to lie about attempting to file for me -and working on my taxes after he repeated that did not have time -I had to pick my paperwork up the day they were do- after 2 months an rush to get them off- a that point he lost my trust to even do that ..
