extremely helpful team herennthey helped me so many times when i have questions and i never feel rushednnevery customer is made to feel important here. it is a clean facility. everyone so friendly. i go out of my way to come to THIS location!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. There is one employee (Sue) who obviously must not like her job because every time I go in there she is moving at a snails pace and with an attitude to match. That is a TERRIBLE combination, you can’t even ask a question with out a snappy response and attitude. After being snapped at today, I was helped by Myra for the first time today and she was very pleasant and helpful with a GREAT attitude. I definitely will not recommend because every time I go which is quite frequent, Sue is working the register and as I just stated It’s a living nightmare.

Even now as I write my review I weep. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you kind man for your warmness to my family. We were on our way back from Riley Children’s with my son Phoenix (5) and needed to stick some of my sons records into the mail. Phoenix came in with me and carried the papers. You seemed to recognize something special in our little man and asked that he be set up on the counter. You complimented my boy on how strong he looked. You stamped his hand with a first class stamp. His eyes brightened with energy and joy as you talked. Then Phoenix told you about being in the hospital. You leaned in and whispered in his ear. My son’s eyes widened as he said, “Really! You too”.nWhat can I ever do to thank you for bringing my beautiful son (and me) courage and joy on our journey?nAn Honored Mom

I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and speed of the Granger USPS considering its a holiday Saturday at 1:30 pm. The line was long but quick and the associate (Phil) who helped me was very kind and professional. There was a time I would go out of my way to go to the Osceola branch but that is no longer the case. I especially appreciate that Phil seems to really enjoy his job and it surely shows in his customer service expertise. Thank you, Phil—-welcome to Granger and Merry Christmas!

Two rude employees ruin your experience here, act like they hate their jobs and let you know it. At least Myra gets a 5 star in this branch.
