All I wanted was to talk to someone about my 2018 federal refund but the phone options didn't include 2018, even tho I entered my ss#, filing status and refund amount (you'd think some kind of match would have come up) no matter what I did I couldn't talk to a live person or get anywhere with the automated system either. So frustrated right now!!!

Just came in from Albany to be fronted by the rudest person ever, some blonde who doesn’t know how to talk or act nicely. Super not impressed. Glad to know you have to make a appointment first too. Drove here for absolutely nothing.
