Rude employees I call to ask a price about cartons of cigarettes and the lady answered the phone just saying people's names and laughing I'm like excuse me and she thought she was funny and just throws a price at me that I know isn't right this company needs to get their employees under control how embarrassing for that company how this lady acted and just incase they want to check to see who she is I called 12-2-2020 Wednesday at 11:25 ish at night
How this 7 eleven has a 4+ rating is beyond me. The windshield cleaner water smelled like dead fish, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, the store was filthy. Meanwhile the workers were behind the counter texting. Serrault 7 eleven, take this franchise back.

Fire Sue. She is very rude and disrespectful and apparently the staff and managment at this location are aware. Sue you do not disregard a customer standing in front of you by calling on other customer's because you want to ignore what is being said to you and then in turn snatch money out the customer's hand. If you do not know how to conduct yourself find another job. You have been reported to both your managment and corporate. I look forward to a return phone call for action to be taken.
No different than the old travel plaza... Unfriendly employees. Mens restroom never gets cleaned. What a disgrace, you pay a lot of money to drive the tollway the least we could get would be clean facilities.
