I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet online on Tuesday to be delivered on Friday. The order wasn't delivered on Friday. I attempted to call and had to leave a voicemail during their business hours, sent a message on Facebook, as well as emailed and no one got back to me. I then called the next day and finally got someone on the phone. The explanation was that they only deliver Mother's Day flowers on Saturday and that they were out on deliveries then (at 10am). Okay, well then why would there be any other days listed as an option when ordering? Why wouldn't this be explained on checkout? As it turned out, the flowers were finally delivered at 5:45pm on Saturday. While it was a beautiful arrangement, I will not be ordering from here again.

BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENT!!! I was a little concerned about the amount of time I had given for her to put together but she never disappoints! She also did an amazing job on my brother & girlfriend's boutonniere and corsage for prom!!

Most talented florist. Great prices, healthy long lasting flowers and a great selection on gifts. Highly recommended for any occasion. I have ordered many things here and always very beautiful work.

I ordered online from Beth’s two days before I needed the flowers delivered. My order was not fulfilled. I never received communication or an email from Beth’s or FlowerShopNetwork that my order was canceled. My mother’s birthday came and went, and she never received her flowers. I called Beth’s the next business day and was told my order was canceled because they didn’t have the right flowers. I understand that they might not have the exact flowers available. Why not reach out to me and ask if substitutions were ok? Similar colored flowers or a similar arrangement would’ve been fine with me in order to get them to my mom on time. Beth’s took no responsibility for the lack of customer service or communication. She didn’t even apologize. I really wanted to support a locally owned business, but I will never order from Beth’s again. The lack of professionalism during the phone conversation was very disappointing.
