Overall, they do well. The staff I've encountered has always been friendly and helpful. My only complaint is how hard it is to get ahold of them sometimes, including maintenance. I spent several days trying to get them to come fix my water heater so I could use hot water and I'm still waiting. This isn't the first time I've had this issue either and they don't seem to want to fix the issue properly; just keep putting a temporary band-aid on it.
