Friendly and speedy. Didn't have any problems.
Very friendly and helpful staff. I’m so glad I don’t have to go back to my previous post office.
Can I give a ZERO? I mailed 32 Santa letters my GS troop wrote to children as a fundraiser. Out of those letters, mailed on December 12th (10 days ago!), I'm now finding out 2 in Fishers, 3 in Indianapolis and 2 from Yorktown have not been delivered. That's 22% failure. Seriously? Where are those letters? I've been replacing them and driving to hand deliver them. Totally unacceptable, especially since they put the postage on them. I know the appropriate postage was placed on each one.
Our mail driver is lazy and cant even close our mail box after putting mail in it now our mail is ruined from the rain because he didn't shut it. He also has tore up our neighbors yard. Won't even get out of his vehicle to give you your package he just honks.
Such helpful & friendly staff! Love going in there!
