Muncie BMV Branch

Great customer service today! It was much better than what I received from the customer service phone line! Thank you, Muncie! The wait wasn't too long and the woman who processed our new registration was helpful and friendly. My husband and I went together. We couldn't go to the window together. That was annoying but not a branch specific rule, rather the BMV.

Even with having to keep things socially distant the wait times aren't too bad.

Staff was very friendly and super helpful. The lady that helped me went above and beyond to help me get my license renewed. I was very impressed. They also kept the area very clean and orderly.

Making an appointment made the visit quick.
