The food is always great! Service, however, not so much. ud83dude15nMy husband called in an order for delivery at 5:30 this evening... he was given a total but no estimated time. (We don’t typically order for delivery so I’m honestly not positive if they normally give a time or not.... I do know that when you order for pickup our wait time has never been more that 15-20 minutes.) At 6:30, AN HOUR after he placed our order, he called to see where our food was. He was told that they were very busy and our food was just now being cooked. He was never offered an apology and when he asked if they had an ETA the lady hung up... mind you, we have 2 young kids that are hungry and we ended up feeding something else before our pizza even arrived. An hour and a half after our order was placed, the delivery driver showed up with our food... however, we still received no apology for our food taking so long.
Awesome service. Normally ordered weekends for delivery. Sometimes wait times can be lengthy for delivery but the service is always great. Shoutout to the tall delivery driver in the visor, always professional and hilarious to talk to! Also great food!!
Passing thru town & placed order at counter. My 'to go' order was ready in about 15 mins. Bread sticks & cheese dip were very good. Had small pepperoni with extra cheese that was pretty tasty.
Great pizza! Was really priced high though for as long as it took them to make it. Won't be going back because of that reason.
I enjoy Albany pizza king I would eat there every day if I could. For the most part it's exactly the way I like it, but a couple of times I have found another item on part of my pizza and sometimes it has to much sauce and not enough pepperoni.
