Great Destinations

I'm in the same boat as everyone else on here. We booked a complete vacation through this agency not knowing that some friends of ours had sold the business. Booked many times before with the previous owner and always had great vacations. Julia Wadsworth is the new owner and we have been trying to get her to respond to us for almost 3 months now with no luck. We had almost $8000 invested and can't even get a return email, this is ridiculous. I have contacted Carnival Cruise Lines and they are working with me. Fingers crossed I'll see some of my money back.

For my first experience going threw a travel agency it was absolutely terrible. Me and my wife now was supposed to go to Hawaii for our honeymoon and with COVID we couldn’t go so we just went to Tennessee instead and we are supposed to get a refund for the money we paid and they told us it would take up to 90 days because with COVID and everyone canceling which is fine no biggy but now here we are in November and I haven’t seen a dime no one will answer there emails or calls. I most definitely would not recommend using this company at ALL. This place is terrible. Wasn’t even worth the one start but I had to in order to make a review.nnSincerely,nJaydon Weatherhead

Still waiting to receive our $1800 back from a cruise that was cancelled because of covid. Maybe a class action suit would be the thing to do!?!?!?

Heather was amazing to work with she gone the extra mile for me to make sure my trip would be amazing that we are taking in December. She will always get my business. I very highly recommend them. Tks Chris

I would never recommend this business to anyone. My friend and her daughter booked a flight to England. The advertising claims they take care of everything for a stress free experience. BS! My friend was not told she needed a visa to board the plane in Canada. They were not allowed to board due to this. This friend was going over to meet her great grandchild and now that is not going to happen. Great Destinations offered to put them on the next flight for an extra fee of over $1200 a piece and there were 4 of them. Excuse me Great Destinations, that should have been paid for by you since you created this mess. Never, I repeat never, utilize this company because if something happens they will leave you holding the bag.
