Mail and packages supposedly delivered never there. Three in two weeks. Tried to call post office. Constant busy signal for an hour. No communication possible. Loss of money iinvested is heartbreaking.

Put in change of address in May and haven't had one piece of mail forwarded to new address. Now fighting to retrieve mail sent to old address.

They have continuously the past couple weeks held packages and even returned one to sender stating they were unable to find my address yet delivered standard mail. I do not see why someone would enjoy being lazy and not helping resolve this issue.

I was home when a package was supposed to be delivered and there was no knock and the door bell did not ring. So I got a notice I had to go pick it up. I stood there for an hour while they told me they didn’t have my package. I called the next day and they told me they still couldn’t find it, 10 minutes later they called and said they found it. Wasted a lot of my time and didn’t seem like they were even looking.

Pathetic service and pathetic attitude of people who work here. I would have given them minus stars if I could.
