Social Security Office

I need replacements of my childrens social sec cards and your only option is to mail in important documents of theirs along with mine and my 1 and only drivers license. Documents people don't want just anyone getting their hands on! It's been over 5 months since covid began. Everyone else is out here working, why aren't you?! Ridiculous!

My recent experience at the Muncie office, to my delight, was quite pleasant. Mr. Davis was helpful and informative. He made a complicated process seem painless. I had previously had phone and e-mail correspondence with Barbara. I was amazed at how much information she was able to provide for me and my financial advisor. I believe that both of these people genuinely care about their clients.

Very confusing customer service reps. I ask a question and get led in a million different directions. I would expect more from a government facility. Some operators are very rude.

Rude !! The governor need to get on these people like they did the BMV. If They were nice they would not need the police there all the time !!!
