Actively supports Census 2020.

My husband and I met with our Mayor, Dennis Tyler, last July during one of the 'first Tuesday' availabilities to meet with Muncie citizens. He was interested in our concerns and made notes regardless of what they were or how minimal. He gave straight forward answers and didn't make empty promises. One of the items on my list was not being able to hear the tornado warning sirens which are usually tested at 11:00am on Friday mornings. We used to be able to hear the sirens clearly but recently hadn't heard the sirens at all. Our meeting was late on a Tuesday afternoon and by That Friday 11am we were able to hear the sirens once again. That definitely confirmed and inspired our confidence in him. We feel that he wants to move Muncie into this century even though we have been given many tough situations to overcome.nMy husband and I applaud his vision and his efforts to achieve moving Muncie forward.
