Phil and his team have always done such great work, not only for me, but for my business as well.
In terms of the service quality, I think it is relatively good. I’ve been going to this location for many years now and have had only a few abnormal experiences, which are bound to happen in any business given a long enough time horizon.nnThe reason for the reduced stars is because they have recently started charging a credit card surcharge. While I understand that processing fees are a concern, I think most businesses by the year 2020 have come to accept them as a usual and customary expense for the operation of a service sector business.
Very poor customer service in my experience. They forgot to drop off my bag, even when I called them it didn’t happen even a week later. When called again no apologies but sort of you can go somewhere else if you want.... so I will.
Always on time, prices aren't bad.
They did a fantastic job on my father's leather jacket.
