Great customer service and jewelry! My partner got me jewelry from here and when I went back for a cleaning, I couldn’t find the bond number needed and two women spent 30 minutes calling people etc and got everything figured out for me and I greatly appreciated that! Will come back!

Very rude and unprofessional...nMy boyfriend ordered me a necklace for Christmas from Zales and had it delivered to this location. He paid an extra $20 to get it gift wrapped and with a special message... When we went to go pick it up, it was not wrapped or have the message. Also, the employee who helped my boyfriend was extremely rude to him. He told the employee that he is there to pick up his necklace and she asked for his name then proceeded to snicker and talk about him with the other employees saying things such as “and he just expected me to hand him his item without his name..” and other things.nNever ordering jewelry from here again.

The staff was great and did everything they could to get us the wedding rings we were happy with.
