My experience with Heidi Hale Designs is always a delight! Recently, the HJH team helped me to create beautiful custom necklaces for my mother and mother in law. I wasn’t sure of the design I wanted, but they helped me to create original pieces that spoke to the individuality of my loved ones.nnThe staff is always friendly, answers all of my questions and are fun and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They really understand customer service. The quality of their jewelry is second to none. Added bonus all made in the USA. Their prices are extremely reasonable. I always get compliments when wearing. Another thing I love is that their designs are unique. You won’t see everyone else on the street wearing your pieces. Fabulous company!!!!

This was my first time ordering from HeidiJHale and unfortunately it wasn’t the best experience. On the positive side, the jewelry exceeded my expectations and the pieces turned out exquisite - I even got emotional when opening the boxes.nnOn the flip side, I made sure I placed my order with enough turnaround time because the jewelry were gifts and I needed them by a certain date. I had to reach out to HJH a couple of times in regards to the delay and it didn’t help when no one at the company answered their phone. I finally heard from someone by e-mail and they said it would ship by Monday the latest. Monday came and gone and I wrote them again Tuesday and they said it would be shipped that day. I received 2 different answers about when my pieces would be shipped (I basically got the run around). Bottom line, I guess they had to “re-make” the bracelet (which I wasn’t 100% convinced is true) and if that be the case it would have been nice to know about the delay or why couldn't they tell me that when I first reached out to them? Terrible customer service.nnIf it’s any consolation, I told them since there was a delay and I was under a time crunch (I initially paid for regular shipping) I asked that they ship the pieces to me either overnight or 2 day at THEIR expense. They obliged. Unfortunately I still did NOT receive the package in time…it still took 5 days to receive instead of FedEx 2 Day but that ended up being FedEx's fault because it DID leave on time.nnIF I do order from this company again, I will do it MONTHS in advance because their stuff really is beautiful.

I ordered a bracelet from this company. It came in the wrong color so I sent it back. After problems with delivery, I finally got it back, and it’s really beautiful.
