My husband wanted a guitar and they did an amazing job explaining everything to him. The best part they were even nice enough to go the extra mile to make sure we got the guitar today.! Friendly service made us feel right at home.! Yes we will recommend and continue to shop there for more supplies :)
Will lie to you about other stores and badmouth every other music shop claiming some type of moral high ground using pressure sale tactics that even if you buy and like it it leaves you with buyers remorse. I OVER PAID to support local. Save your money and just donate all the money you will save by shopping somewhere else into your community, this is the better option than giving it to an arrogant knows everything scum.
Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable staff. They ask you your budget and show you different options. Everytime I've been here someone greets me and helps me find whatever it is I need. Couldn't ask for a better place in Muncie....they are an asset to the community. I would encourage everyone to support this local business. A+++++
Bought a Epiphone today and they took care of me. Gave me excatly what I wanted and even showed me how'd it sounded! Couldn't have ask for better service!
Honestly something about it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Alright place to buy equipment though.
