Came to use the automatic car wash. Put my my $9 in and the screen proceeds to tell me to wait, that the wash is in use, which clearly os not. So, of course, there's no one working on site and I call the 800 number displayed in case of problems and all they can do is send my money back in the mail or leave a message for the manager to call ne back. The operator was rude and no help at all. I just want my damn money back or my car washed. They should have a better plan in place for instances like this. So, now I'm driving off without my $9 and a dirty a** car. Thanks Super Wash!
