Brian (salesperson 269218) decided to auto enroll me in a *free* magazine subscription for two months that'll auto draft once I forget about it. Do you guys really support that type of shady business practice where you don't disclose any of that to your customer and you don't even ask their permission for something like that? I won't be returning to this location since your employees are basically trying to scam people.
I used to buy my Kpop albums there until about 2 years ago when they extremely raised the price on Jonghyun's postmortem album and his group SHINee's previous albums to $50.00. To explain further, the other kpop albums they sell are usually $25-$30 and other stores/websites sell it for around $20-$25. His label, SM Entertainment, was selling it on their website for $20. They purposely jacked up the price to make a large profit off of his death. I WILL NOT SUPPORT AN ESTABLISHMENT WHO USES SOMEONE'S SUICIDE TO MAKE A PROFIT!
It was okay. If your interested in something for everyone type retail items at a discount this store is for you.
Great store, great staff, cool stuff and reasonably priced.
