Terrible. Walked in and two employees sitting and they said someone will be with you in just a minute. 15 mins later and NOTHING didn’t acknowledge me. And the bad part about it is that one of them was working on something and the other was literally just sitting and watching them. And no other customers were there. Very rude will definitely not com back to their location and will be reporting it to higher up

Auburn Indiana store. 2 employees helping a woman at the front of the store. Acknowledged us when we walked in. One additional employee at the back of the store. This 3rd employee came to the front and joined the other 2 as if we didn't exist??? We left to go to another sprint store. I want to get my husband a new phone for Fathers day.
