We just finished our 10th trip to Chicago with this bus company. We always have such a great time. The drivers are so good and the hosts are very nice. A group of my friends go every year and we make it an annual tradition. I would never even think of driving myself to Chicago, so this is really the way to go. Please sign me up again for next year!

I have been on several tours with American Heritage Trails and it's always been a five star experience. Safe and comfy rides. Courteous and fun Tour Guides. Plus, they often do tours to fun places I would not think of going on my own. Cannot wait to go on more!

Left Cleveland Ohio on this bus at 12:00 midnight it broke down 4:20am here it is 8:00 and they haven't sent a tech this is horrible.police officer #45!!!!!Great men of Grove City police department & First responders of Jackson fire department handle the matter of our family being stranded on the side of the highway heading to our family reunion With so much Grace and poise.We became stranded around 4am in the morning & they found us around 10:45am and Got things moving very rapidly.They checked our elderly vitals & made sure we were all hydrated & called for a city bus to come retrieve us to relocate us to a restaurant so that we could eat & use the restrooms.All while another group of us had already walked to the restaurant. while walking to the restaurant on the highway shoulder We were also approached by police & those officer's took the group in his patrol car to the restaurant leaving those who couldn't fit but would very soon return for them.Once they jumped into action we had received a bus within 45minutes of them making calls they then helped us transfer all luggage & our elderly ones and seen us on our way.

We had the greatest driver last week. Bill was the best we've ever had! We've always had awesome drivers with American Heritage. Keep up the good work guys.
