Department of Transportation is absolutely clueless on how to maintain highways and manage construction zones

Horrible road conditions in multiple locations. Road construction areas that are an absolute mess. Today I had 2x hour-long waits on I74, one on each side of Indianapolis, and nobody seems to care. Drivers should avoid entering this state at all costs or ensure you have a full gas tank for parking on the interstate.

What a messy state, pay toll on i80 for to tear down your car! All you see in this state is broken asphalt and cops all over!!

This state has the worst roads I have ever seen in my 18 year's of driving you people that are responsible should be ashamed and embarrassed of yourselves wow all the travelers that move through here must also be shocked and dismayed at the primitive shape of these roads and also must worry about their safety as well as others if I had a choice i would never come through here I'm sorry for negative review but this problem you have and make for others is to much to not be addressed I hope your future is brighter to deal with this problem
