Clinton County Highway Department

Clinton County Indiana has a negligent manager or superintendent or whatever the title is on who is in charge. This office should be audited and investigated for poor to lack of correct road maintenance. Also who is in charge needs to be reevaluated for qualifications held and if they are actually correct for this position
