Wabash BMV Branch

My son and I went out to transfer a title from 1 family member to another, NO SELL. We had already purchased plates for this vehicle, and received them Oct 20th, 2020. Instead of being able to transfer the already spent funds the state employee named AMANDA was very rude and would not even answer simple questions. She was absolutely rude and a GREAT example of how CUSTOMER SERVICE in a state owned business should not be. IF you draw her name trade someone your number.

Sterile, clinical, soulless. But I have to go back soon...so I'll update my rating then. Stay tuned!nnEdit/Update! Went back the next day and there was no wait, pleasant (different) staff, and awesome service! The lady helping me was even grooving to the tunes they had on....big change! The employees are everything. Get rid of the sour apples...

I waited 2 hours before I was waited on . The ladies at the branch that I was at were doing everything they could to keep things moving. They should of had more help. Once I was waited on they were very courteous and knowledgeable.

It's the bmv if anyone gives more than one star they are lieing.

Service was great ,My drivers license expired midnight last night and I got charged more for it being 16 hours past that's not even a day, like she said ,but it's like whatever if we want them we will pay
