Black and Blue Tattoo is a clean and cute space. Ashley is amazing! She’s kind, patient and does beautiful work. She was quick to respond to my inquiry and was very flexible and able to schedule me even with my limited time in town. I got my first tattoo with her a little over a week ago. She took time to understand and revise the art until I was happy. I’m not a fan of needles and I was nervous as heck. She was gentle, made me feel very comfortable and held a pleasant conversation during my time in the chair. I really enjoyed the process. My tattoo has healed already and I had minimal pain/uncomfortableness after and no issues with healing. I would highly recommend Ashley, even if you’re scared of needles like me!
Ashley is awesome!! I have had two small tattoos done by her. Last weekend she basically closed her shop the whole day to accommodate me and 7 friends getting matching tattoos on a girls weekend! She is really fun to talk to also. I am planning to go back to Ashley as often as I can. She is also very gentle. I’d like to have her do a bigger piece for me someday! Visit her in Lincoln city and you will not be disappointed.

Was able to squeeze us in same day since she had a cancellation! Sanitizes extremely well in between clients during COVID. Really enjoyed my time there AND got a beautiful tattoo.
Ashley did an amazing job on our sibling tattoos.. Very friendly and out going!! Will be back in the future for more tattoos!!
