I highly recommend Dr. Patterson. Beautiful state-of-the-art facility. Easy in and out entrance and parking really helps a disabled person like my wife. Well established business apparently able to keep prices down. I always appreciate doctors and staff who take their time with Isabel.

Just went to my ophthalmologist. When he looked at my glasses he said it was the wrong prescription and the progressive bifocal was set way to low.nnWith that said I told Dr. Patterson and his assistant the same thing when I got my glasses and was assured they were correct.nnIn fact when I questioned Dr. Patterson who is an old curmudgeon he got very snippy with me and told me he did the best he could do.nnI pointed out that when I close one eye the leaves on a tree outside were a blob and when I closed the other eye I could see each individual leaf.nnAfter a few visits I gave up.nnI really only use these glasses for reading so I put a piece of Kleenex under the bridge so the bifocal is high enough for me to read comfortably.nnKind of says it all.

Staying in Lincoln City on my honeymoon and I had a contact tear. Like a genius, I didn't bring an extra pair. So I called Pat at Dr. Patterson's office and she had exactly what I needed once my at home optometrist faxed them over my info, (cause I haven't a clue what I wear). Super helpful!

Very accommodating schedule. Pat the front desk person is amazing. She is always willing to help and will go the extra mile.

So I was hiking, fell and broke my glasses. No insurance, and stuck in a small town, with not many options.nnThe Dr is super old, I'm not sure he could even see. No bedside manner, whatsoever. I'm not sure he said 2 words to me the whole time, poked me in the eye, multiple times. Put drops in my eyes that burned, and leaked everywhere, and didn't even offer a tissue.nnBut the lady up front. Wow. The first day, she was super nice. Talked me into this blue lens type thing. I needed my glasses asap. She says 10 days, but that they are always sooner, so not to waste money on the rush.nnSo 8 days later, we call for an update. She says they are going to be late because they messed up my glasses, and have to start over. Then is irritated that we called and said we should have paid for rush. Omg!!!!!nnThey finally come in, and we pick them up. She's got a snarky attitude, and makes a rude comment about us calling. That's fine. Already decided we would never come back.nnThe blur thing she talked me into is awful! That's all I see, is blue blurs everyehere, and every photo has a blue sheen on my glasses. This was an aweful experience.nnI won't even get into the fact the prescription seems WAY stronger than I need, and they make me seasick. Out of all the glasses I have had, these have been the worse. And cost about 600 bucks for everything!
