Athletico Physical Therapy - Zionsville

I love Athletico! I’ve been to several locations over the past few years with different injuries/issues. Currently I visit the Zionsville location for all treatment needs. The facility manager and physical therapist Sarah, and her staff are very knowledgeable and are able to explain issues in a way that even young athletes can understand. The office staff are friendly, easy to reach and very helpful as well. There are always a wide range of days and times to choose from when scheduling an appointment. I was injured at work several years ago and everyone from the therapists to the office staff were very helpful in navigating worker’s compensation guidelines while at the same time providing excellent service. I am back to 100% thanks to Sarah and her team.

I've had lingering back and hip issues for 23 years and this is the first place to get results. The staff is warm, welcoming, and professional. I'm a big fan of the dry needling process too! If you see Dr. Surber, you're in for a treat.

Very please and satisfied with the staff at this location. Everyone is amazing! Very friendly and well educated in their positions. Truly believe my recovery time was reduced greatly by the physical therapy they had me do. Fell from 7ft onto my back on asphalt and was fully recovered after 3 weeks of therapy.

First I want to say I’m not the kind of person that recommends anything unless I’ve had an outcome or an experience that deserved it and deserves my time to write about it. I have gone to many different physical therapy places in Indianapolis and Carmel and my experiences where by far horrendous. One of those was Methodist sports medicine where I went for a couple of sessions and I felt like the therapist didn’t even care about what I was going through and didn’t seem like he really wanted to make a difference in my quality of life I am 39 and have little kids. I have very bad osteoarthritis on my left knee to the point that a knee replacement came into consideration. A knee replacement at the age 39 and with kids between the ages 8-3 seems like the worse nightmare. I came to this location referred by a friend of a friend who spoke very highly about Sarah Surber- branch management and lead therapist. I came in with the idea of just strengthening my knee in preparation for surgery. 10 sessions after I felt stronger to the point that I am back to where I was before and even came back to play tennis. All I have to say about Sarah is great things. She is very knowledgeable, smart, intuitive, kind, listens to your concerns and goals, and genuinely cares about her patients. Also the staff from the receptionist (Kristy) to the Therapist aids are so kind, respectful, and friendly.nnI have gone to private physical therapists in the past but it becomes very costly as they aren’t in network. My experience with Athletico and specifically with Dr Sarah Surber has been equally as good as with a private practitioner. I continue going to Sarah for maintenance sessions as my issue is something that won’t go away and eventually I will need that knee replacement but I’m so thankful that she bought me the time I need and I will be always grateful and happy to share my experience.

Athletico was a top notch facility for my rehab. All the staff was personable and friendly. My therapist, Sarah Surber did a wonderful job in getting my knee back to normal. I have had several different therapists through the years and she has been the best ever. The facility was clean and neat and easy to get to. Thank you all.
