Very helpful in locating a a rather obscure book for me.

Great kids staff. There is a nice play area for toddlers and reading areas. It reminds me of my childhood library.

The library itself is great. It has a nice studying area on the second floor by the big windows. My only complaint is, although it is clearly said on the wall “quiet study”, it seems like some people that are using the big study room do not care about bothering others. I have encountered several groups of people that talk loudly in the study room without even shutting the door.

I love the ambiance at this library. It really invites you to spend the afternoon reading in one of the comfy chairs. I use it mainly to tutor a few students. The online room reservation is convenient. However it is not very flexible (you can only pick an hour, no half hours). The staff is usually nice. Note that the kids area can get pretty loud at times.

I love this library and have been a member since 1983. My niece went there to he library yesterday to use the computer lab. When she asked for some help the staff was nothing but rude, which was very disappointing since the ladies she asked were not busy and were just chatting. One employee did offer to help her but the other employee told her not to because it wasn’t her job and to ask the reference librarian. She said she would attempt to but was also very rude. So disappointing. Whatever happened to being kind and helpful?
