I ordered flowers to be delivered for my daughter's birthday. I ordered online from a picture that was posted for a birthday surprise. The flowers arrived 1 week early and look terrible. They are wilted and look nothing like the picture. My daughter called and the person that answered offered to go pick up my early surprise bouquet. Kinda defeats the purpose. I would like a to have the flowers that I ordered delivered on her birthday, not on the wrong day. I will never use this florist again.

I made a mistake on my delivery address, Suzanne called my number to verify the correct address after not finding the house, she then went back to deliver the flowers after I sent her the correct one. I have never experience such a great customer service, she was beyond professional and very sweet! I recommend this place to anyone. THANK YOU!

I had made a huge mistake of ordering a very special Mother's Day bouquet of flowers from an on-line flower company because I thought I was saving money. Well, not only did the flowers NOT get delivered for Mothers Day, I got an email telling me due to COVID and the restrictions on florists, they were unable to complete my order. I'm not sure why they were taking orders at all!nnAfter the disappointment, I looked on the web for a local florist and found Love At First Sight. I knew as soon as I started talking with Suzanne I had found my new florist for all my needs from now on! She took the time to make the perfect suggestion, down to the pot and bow. She even took a picture of the planter and sent it to me! She totally exceeded my expectations! She delivered the planter within a few hours. Thank you for turning such a horrible experience into one of great joy!

Beautiful flowers, tremendous attention to detail, and great concern for the experience of the person receiving the flowers. Suzanne is amazing and a delight to work with. Her concern for my recent Valentine's Day order went above and beyond and she added special touches that made the arrangements I ordered even more special. I will not order from anyone else in this area!

I am the executive chef of a really busy restaurant and I am always on the move. I was looking for flowers to send to mother she lives in Noblesville Indiana, and I live in Vancouver WA. The owner a lovely lady had gone out of here way to deliver flowers to my family, when I know she was crazy busy. I highly recommend this flower shop, LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT FLORAL & DESIGN.
