Christina Hill who is apparently the post master is very rude and unprofessional.nI had a package that did have the wrong address.. I will admit fault. The part that leads to her being rude is when I asked if an address is non existent somewhere why doesn’t the carrier return to sender instead of guessing. She explained they ARE ALOUD TO GUESS! I do not believe this is true because mail is under the government. She informed me that since it was not important enough for a signature they were able to guess. As I was asking questions she made the comment “we can sit here and talk about it or I can go find the package”... well excuse me. I think they need to have a customer service class for the post office. So if your mail gets lost and does not require a signature just remember it’s not really that important.
The Sheridan Post Office seems to have a problem with their employees knowing their letters and numbers. REPEATEDLY they have delivered the wrong mail to us and delivered OUR mail to the wrong address. My husband even had his medication delivered to the wrong address and had to meet the Postmaster at the wrong address so the Postmaster could take it out of their mailbox and hand it to my husband. I have called and complained. I have called and talked to the Postmaster at Sheridan to complain. I have gone IN PERSON and begged them to do something about the person that is sorting and delivering our mail. EITHER THE POSTMASTER DOESN'T CARE, OR THE EMPLOYEE DOESN'T CARE. PERHAPS THE EMPLOYEE IS TOO STUPID TO WORK AT THE POST OFFICE. I've explained that my husband has cancer and the documents that I get from our insurance and our medical providers MUST be delivered to the correct address. They CONTINUE to deliver mail to the wrong box. INCOMPETENT FOOLS.
USPS isn’t what it once was. Disappointed.
To lazy to deliver my package to the house they just leave it on the ground on 38 instead of actually delivering has happened multiple times glad no one has stolen something yet
