The FedEx person that has my route is super awesome. My packages always get to me on time and absolutely undamaged, even takes them all the way to my doorstep. Sounds like simple stuff, but it’s not so since my address is hard to find and other companies hardly ever find it or just leave my packages by the alleyway, if not a note.
Fed-ex has went WAY down hill the past couple years, won't use them for anything but a boat anchor
The employees damage out packages for the purpose of taking them for themselves. If you ask to see the damaged product they'll refuse you. AVOID LINCOLN CITY FEDEX!!!!
Great fast cheap service
Drivers sometimes leave packages at my door and sometimes simple tie them in a bag and leave them hanging on the gate that leads into our housing area. The gate faces the coastal highway allowing any passerby to take the packages. I have brought this issue to FedEx more than once, but it doesn’t seem to matter.
