Called because my mail wasn’t coming to my address, even tho is was scanned in. I was told it takes 3 days and it’s the same day with informed delivery. And they don’t deliver mail unless the name matches the lease holder. God forbid you have children with a different last name or a significant other. The supervisor was rude and hung up in my face. Worst post office EVER!!!

Called in about a delivery issue and the man was so kind and helpful! Got me sorted very quickly. Great customer service!

ZERO STARS - impossible for a disabled person to get into this post office. Though the street and sidewalk were redone at a tremendous cost and inconvenience, still have to climb stairs to get in the building. What happened to buildings, especially federal buildings, being accessible to all people?? This is just wrong!!!

I have a business and I have to constantly drop off packages both in person in the post office and outside at the blue box when I have to drop packages off when office is closed. The only complain I have is when I drop off package at the outside blue box, my package is never in transit until 2-3 days later. Mind you this happens also during week days. The staff swears they get picked up every day but I am not so convinced. NOW, when I drop packages off at the blue box in Westfield and Crawfordsville locations they are always in transit within a day. Why is that.
