I don’t share the same experience as a lot of these reviews. Super professional and friendly every time I’ve needed anything. One of the guys working here (don’t recall his name) went so far as to apologize for getting our dogs riled up and potentially waking our newborn, it wasn’t his fault. Felt like he was going out of his way to get to know the people he works with and I appreciate that kind of customer service.
This post is late.nI made a trip to the post office to ship something on my way to work. This was my first visit and the man that helped me was very rude, and unprofessional with me. Seemed to have an attitude from the time I walked in. I was the only customer there. I didn't have tape with me and only needed about 5 inches worth. He was snappy and told me they don't supply tape. I told him I didn't know that because Lebanon's post office always taped things for me, if needed. I offered to pay him for the tape used and he said he would do it this one time for me. I thanked him and told him it won't happen again because I won't be be back to his location.nI WILL make sure to stop in Lebanon instead. I've always had a great experience when dealing with Lebanon's post office. Friendly greeting, smiles, willingness to help, and awesome customer service is my preference and lebanon supplies that as soon as I walk thru the door.
They don't do their job. I was waiting for my EMS package in my living room because I get a text message update from the USPS tracking. On Saturday morning I didn't hear any doorbell chimes yet I get the text message at 10:12 am saying there's no one in my home. So I checked my front door and I found a pink slip. The package was heavy. This happened twice so far and happens when packages are heavy. The employee of this post office doesn't deliver to your door if the package is heavy.
Rita was the best. The new employees are rude and lack professionalism. Go to zionsville.nnAlso, good luck actually getting your packages. More often than not my packages go somewhere else and I have to track them down.
Hours are terrible for anyone who works . Have had either lack luster or rude service too
