City of Fort Wayne City Utilities

Very Rude customer service. The lady I talked to talked to me as if I am some delinquent child, and even raising her voice at me at some point. I don't understand why they have people like that taking calls. Such disgrace to this city I know and love.

SO you CANNOT pay your bill in the office cause of the Covid-19 but yet Everywhere else there is a fee to pay your bill!!!nWay to help out the community City Utilities!!!

Every month I pay my bill on their site using my debit card prior to the due date and the money is marked as sent and received by my bank. And every month I have to call and fight their customer service to get refunded a late fee. It has been like this for 20 months.

This place is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only, did I get charged over $800 in one month, which is equivalent to 78,000 gallons. I was told this could be from a toilet leaking. A leaky toilet could use 200 gallons a day 6,000 a month, not even close but ok. Also this “leaky toilet” miraculously fixed itself. I then set up a payment installations for this fictitious toilet. I paid over the agreed upon amount and was then sent a disconnection notice. (I received it within 5 days of the disconnect.) anyway, I was told the reason I received the notice was because I paid MORE than the agreed upon amount which kicked me off the terms. First and foremost, I was not told that if I paid more this would happen as well as why in the hell would it. I am beyond tired of this, as they know there is no where else I can go for water/sewer.
