BMV

Just needed to renew my tags, there was a super nice employee that told me I didn't have to take a number to wait inside, she took me to the kiosk machine at the front door, showed me how to do it and I was done in five minutes!! I've always had good experiences at this branch!!

When in their weight it had all appropriate paperwork was told did not have all the appropriate paperwork could not do it did not transfer title into my name called the one 800 number told him what happened explained all the paperwork I had and they said you have everything you need sir sorry I said well I’ll try different agent at the branch they said no just try a different branch

Brandi (the manager) and Rachel Hammond were very helpful. Brandi let me know, next time I come to the BMV to schedule an appointment and the wait will be much less. Service was excellent! Even with the wait, they had a team lead checking to make sure people had the needed documents to process their transactions. They were quick getting people through the line.

My last 2 times in there this year were both fast and easy, LaDonna knew what she was doing and made it easy.

Get ready to wait long periods of time and get snarky bad attitudes
