Unprofessional staff, playing rap music on a cd player blasting cuss words, obviously did not have any care for the image that projects to customers or the image of Giant as a company. Seems to me this individual doesn’t value his job much. This was not an isolated incident, it happened two different occasions in the morning between 8 and 9, one occasion the... and i use this term sparingly... “Gentleman” behind the counter said he couldn’t print a money order because the machine was down when I had just been in 2 days before for one. It seemed he just didn’t want to go through the trouble, maybe because a good rap song blaring the F-word left and right was on.. i have since chosen to go to the Shell station up the road because I don’t feel intimidated or like i’m inconveniencing the clerk! Save yourself the time and uncomfortable atmosphere and go somewhere else, there are plenty of close by gas stations!
I appreciate the good service from the staff but it's pretty obvious that the manager is never there and that the employees are the reason why there is any success operating the store.
Beer, gas and candy. Good place to shoot up heroin in the bathroom, apparently ..
